i’m 6’4” and
weigh 250 lbs.
i want to lose 50
or so lbs and i’d like to
do it in a way that won’t
land me in rehab or a morgue.
right now my diet consists of junk
food, caffeinated beverages, opiates,
and sugar. eating like this will kill me if
i keep it up. i’m also notoriously lazy which
i’m assuming has a little something to do with
my adoration of narcotics. i haven’t actually eaten
any pills in a few weeks so hopefully i can keep that
up. tomorrow i’m going to start my workout routine which
is mostly cardio. running sucks but so do man-tits. anyway, i
need to do this so i can start living a decent life before i die of
an aneurysm or spontaniously burst into flame. fuck fat.
